Abstract

The thesis dealt with the issue of process management in the selected company. The company is a home care agency. In the first part of this thesis are described methods that characterize the company environment and the company itself. The theoretical part explains the theoretical bases that relate to the issue of process management. These theoretical findings were applied in the practical part. For this purpose were applied observation, interview and demonstration of a working day with a nurse too. The result of the work was a creating of a process map with using ATTIS software program. Because of the large scale of the process map were also used a turtle diagram and a flow diagram. You can also see various restrictions of the home care business in the recommendations section.
