Rodinný dům v Martinově

Abstract

Bakalářská práce, “Rodinný dům v Martinově” řeší návrh objektu pro bydlení pěti členné rodiny v městské části Ostrava – Martinov. Při návrhu se vycházelo z okolí pozemku, tedy z výhledu na biokoridor a orientace vůči světovým stranám. Dalším důležitým prvkem návrhu byl komfort obyvatel domu, avšak za co nejnižší provozní náklady pro užívání objektu. Z tohoto důvodu byly do objektu instalovány moderní technologické systémy řízení a ochrany domu pro hospodárné a bezstarostné užívání objektu. I přes vyšší pořizovací náklady, se podařilo splnit požadavky investora na originální stavbu nejen po stránce architektonické, ale i po stránce technologické.

Bachelor thesis, “Family house in Martinov” resolves design building for living family of 5 members in the city of Ostrava – Martinov. Design object was based on around of land, view bio corridor and orientation toward the cardinal points. Next important element design was the comfort of the residents, but with the lowest operating costs for the use of the building. For this reason, the building installed modern technological systems management and protection of the house for economical and trouble-free use of the building.Despite the higher cost, managed to meet the requirements of the investor's original construction of not only the architecture, but also in terms of technology.
