Benchmarking vybraných energetických společností

Abstract

Diplomová práce: Benchmarking vybraných energetických společností je zaměřena na srovnávací benchmarkingovou analýzu pomocí modelu firmy Xerox Corp., tak aby bylo možné vyhodnotit úspěšnost jednotlivých energetických společností. Ty byly vybrány na základě společného zájmu podnikání, což je těžba hnědého uhlí a jeho zpracování pro výrobu elektrické a tepelné energie. Práci jsem rozdělil do dvou částí, ta první obsahuje teoretickou literární rešerši, ve které je popsán popis benchmarkingových pojmů, typů a modelů benchmarkingu, včetně charakteristik vybraných energetických společností. Ve druhé části práce je provedena aplikace samotného modelu benchmarkingu a výpočtů dle matematicko-statistických metod. V závěrečné kapitole je hodnocení konečných výsledků a celé práce.

The diploma thesis: Benchmarking of selected energy companies is focused on comparative benchmarking analysis using the Xerox Corp. model, so we can evaluate the success of individual energy companies. These companies were selected on the basis of the business orientation, which is coal mining and its processing for the production of electricity and heat. Work is divided into two parts, the first contains a theoretical literature search, which describes the description of benchmarking concepts, types and models of benchmarking, including the characteristics of selected energy companies. The second part of the work is focused on the application of the benchmarking model and calculations according to the mathematical-statistical methods. The final chapter contains an evaluation of the final results and the whole diploma thesis.
