Abstract
This bachelor thesis is focused on marketing research of employee satisfaction in the company. The research was obtained through a paper and electronic version of the questionnaire survey.
The bachelor thesis is divided into four main parts. The first part is theoretical and describes the concept of marketing research. The second part characterizes the company Lesotechnika and maintenance of roads s.r.o. and describes the basic informations about it. The third main part is focused on the survey itself. The entire questionnaire survey contains of 22 questions. In the last part I evaluate the results and suggest some steps to improve the employee satisfaction of the company.
