Abstract

The thesis deals on the selection of protective gloves, that is what to focus on while selecting them, how the gloves should be labeled, what are the protective gloves and their resistance to certain types of dangerous substances, the permeability of gloves, safety, cleaning, glove size .Subsequently there are the relevant rules and standards relating to protective gloves. Chapter entitled Selecting protective gloves elaborates procedures, including flowchart for better clarity procedure. As a practical example of the selection of protective gloves are discussed in the last chapter randomly selected safety data sheets of various substances, which point out whether the gloves for the type of substances are used correctly or not.
