Analýza systému podnikového plánování ve společnosti Třinecké železárny, a.s.

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou plánovacího procesu v hutním podniku. V teoretické části popisuje základy strategického plánování s důrazem na tvorbu taktických a operativních plánů. Praktická část popisuje systém plánování ve společnosti TŽ, a.s. a zaměřuje se hlavně na operativní plánování výroby na provoze Válcovna jemných profilů. Dále popisuje plánování v systému APS. V závěru diplomové práce je hodnocení plánovacího systému a doporučení pro rozšíření využití systému APS při plánování konečných úprav materiálu.

This diploma work is concerned with the analysis of planning in metallurgical work. In the theoretical part, the basis of strategic planning is described with an emphasis on the creation of tactical and operative plans. The practical part describes the system of planning in Třinec Steel Works and is mainly focused on the planning of the operation of production in the section known as the 'rolling mill of fine profiles'. Further, it describes the planning in the APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) system. The final part of my thesis is the assessment of the planning system and some recommendations as to how to use the APS further in the course of the final trim.
