Posouzení a zkvalitnění současných zaměstnaneckých benefitů u vybraného zaměstnavatele

Abstract

The subject of my diploma thesis is the assessment and improvement of current employee benefits in the selected company. In the theoretical part, knowledge from professional literature is processed in a general way, with a focus on methodology, motivation and employee benefits. In the practical part, the selected company is presented together with the current setting of employee benefits. The aim of this work is to evaluate the current system of benefits provided in the selected company and to propose possible recommendations for changing the current system of employee benefits that will lead to greater employee satisfaction and motivation. Using a questionnaire survey, the satisfaction and awareness of employees about the provided employee benefits in the selected company is evaluated. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, proposals and recommendations for the selected company are subsequently processed.
