Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti rodinného podniku

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat systém malého a středního podnikání se zaměřením na rodinné podnikání. V práci jsou popsány výhody a nevýhody rodinného podnikání, dále pak představení konkrétní společnosti. V praktické části je zkoumáno pomocí PESTLE analýzy, SWOT analýzy nebo finančních ukazatelů, jak si konkrétní podnik vede na tamním trhu. Na závěr jsou vyvozovány doporučení, která by mohla podniku pomoci v posílení pozice na trhu.

The aim of the thesis is to describe the system of small and medium business with a focus on the family business. The bachelor thesis describes the advantages and disadvantages of family business, then focuses on the introduction of a specific company. In the practical part, there is used the PESTLE analysis, SWOT analysis and financial indicators and shows how the company leads on the local market. The conclusion drawn recommendations that could help the company in strengthening its position in the market.
