Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce "Analýza mzdového systému v České republice z účetního a daňového pohledu" je problematika mzdového systému a dalších složek odměňování zaměstnanců. Cílem bakalářské práce je popis a následná analýza současného výpočtu mezd. Teoretická část obsahuje obecný popis způsobů odměňování, jeho návaznost s ostatními výpočty jako jsou sociální a zdravotní pojištění, zdanění mezd aj. Praktická část je zaměřena na výpočty mezd v různých situacích.

The subject of this bachelor thesis "Analysis of the Wage System in the Czech Republic from the Accounting and Tax Point of View" is the issue of the wage system and other components of employee remuneration. The aim of the bachelor thesis is a description and subsequent analysis of the current calculation of wages. The theoretical part contains a general description of remuneration methods, its connection with other calculations such as social and health insurance, wage taxation, etc. The practical part is focused on wage calculations in various situations.
