Abstract

This work is focused on possible ways of financing investment. Selecting an appropriate method of financing is difficult for the company and important task. The aim of this work, entitled Analysis of possible alternatives of financing specific investments in a select company, the best selection of financing alternatives for the company HOBES, spol. Ltd., which wants to invest in new auto hydraulic press ZHO120AHY. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of internal and external financing methods, including selected methods that are used to select the best options for financing. Another section describes a particular company and the investment which the company wants to implement. The content of the practical assessment of two possible methods of financing, credit and leasing. Comparison and selection of options is best done using the current levels of expenditure. At the end of this chapter is selected and recommended best option for the realization of the investment.
