Abstract

The bachelor thesis, called “The Designing Marketing Mix for the Flamenco Festival“, in the theoretic part deals about basic terms of service marketing and marketing mix. In the practical part deals about charakteristic of Flamenco Festival, conception its services, marketing environment and analyses the results of questionnaire. The part include improvement suggestion result from analyses.
