Problematika černých skládek na Mostecku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is dedicated to the issue of illegal dumps, the ways of solution of this issue in accordance with the current legal legislation. The first part of the thesis is devoted to waste, their origin, classification and disposal. Conclusion of the first part is devoted to municipal waste and, its disposal, and it tries to identify reasons for non-observance of European community regulations. The second part deals with the most frequent method of a municipal waste disposal in the Czech Republic -waste dumping. Apart from classification of dumps, it deals with technical implementation of controlled dumping. The last chapter of the second part admonishes the necessity to solve the old ecological burdens. The last part clarifies the illegal dump issue and the legal position of municipalities while solving the issues. The conclusion of the chapter evaluates used methods and proposes new possibilities of illegal dump solutions.
