Abstract

PETRŽELOVÁ, Jana. Hodnocení pracovních poloh operátora metodikou OWAS. Bakalářská práce, Ostrava: VŠB – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta bezpečnostního inženýrství, 2018, 46 stran. Předložená bakalářská práce posuzuje pracovní polohy vybraného operátora prostřednictvím metodiky OWAS. Teoretická část práce pojednává o ergonomickém systému, o cílech ergonomie a obsahuje výčet ergonomických rizik, k nimž patří jako součást fyzické pracovní zátěže i pracovní poloha při práci. Analytická část práce je zaměřena na analýzu pracovních poloh konkrétního operátora společnosti Rovtech, s. r. o., který pracuje se strojem CNC. Vychází z pozorování poloh jeho krku, rukou a nohou a používání jeho fyzické síly. Pomocí tabulky akčních indexů metody OWAS jsou poté vyhodnocena technická, organizační i nápravná opatření vyplývající ze zjištěných rizikových poloh pracovníka.

The presented bachelor thesis evaluates the position of the selected operator using the OWAS methodology. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the ergonomic system, the ergonomics objectives and enumerates the ergonomic risks associated with the physical workload, which belongs to the part of the physical workload the position at work. The analytical part is focused on the analysis of the working positions of a particular operator of the company ROVTECH, Ltd., which works with a CNC machine. It comes from observing the positions of his neck, hands and feet, and using his physical strength. The OWAS method action table than evaluates the technical, organizational and remedial measures resulting from the identified risk positions of the worker.
