Možnosti využití sluneční energie v rozvoji regionů

Abstract

Cílem práce je analyzovat situaci v oblasti fotovoltaických elektráren v České republice a vytvořit modelový návrh parametrů realizace projektu sluneční elektrárny, který by kompromisně odpovídal požadavkům investorů a celé společnosti. V první kapitole jsou definovány teoretická východiska regionálního rozvoje a regionální politiky. Další kapitola je již konkrétněji zaměřena na téma práce, pojednává o výrobě elektrické energie z obnovitelných zdrojů, je zde popsána legislativa Evropské unie a České republiky v oblasti alternativních zdrojů energie a shrnuty zkušenosti ve využívání sluneční energie v České republice a v zahraničí. V praktické části práce je provedena komparace dvou shodných fotovoltaických elektráren, instalovaných v různých letech. Na základě získaných poznatků, je vytvořen návrh možného řešení finanční podpory solární elektřiny.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the situation in the field of photovoltaic power plants in the Czech Republic and design parameters of a model solar power project that would compromise met the requirements of investors and society. In the first chapter are defined theoretical basis of regional development and regional policy. Another part is more specifically focused on the thesis deals with the production of electricity from renewable sources, is described by the legislation of the European Union and the Czech Republic in the field of alternative energy sources and summarizes the experience in the use of solar energy in the Czech Republic and abroad. In the practical part is the comparison of two identical photovoltaic power plants installed in different years. Based on these findings, the design created potential solutions to the financial support of solar electricity.
