Genetické algoritmy a MPI

Abstract

Tato práce poskytuje základní popis typů Genetických algoritmů, jejich konkrétní implementace a použití. Dále popisuje knihovnu MPI a její implementaci v jazyce Csharp. Hlavním tématem práce je implementace Jednoduchého genetického algoritmu a Paralelního genetického algoritmu. Jedna z kapitol je zaměřena na popis této implementace a možnosti rozšíření. V poslední kapitole jsou testovány vlastnosti obou algoritmů a následně jsou srovnány pomocí rozmanitých testů.

This thesis gives a basic description of the types of Genetic Algorithms, their actual implementation and uses. It also describes the MPI library and its implementation in Csharp. The main topic of this thesis is to implement a Simple Genetic Algorithm and Parallel Genetic Algorithms. Next chapter is focused on describing the implementation and expansion options. In the last chapter is tested the properties of both algorithms and then compared both algorithm by using various tests.
