Abstract
The aim of the thesis is to value the fruit orchard by market and administrative valuation, to analyse and to compare the different methods of valuation. The first part deals with theory and describes the basic concepts of valuation. In the second practical part the market valuation is carried out with the help of of cost, revenue and comparative method and administrative valuation. The third part is devoted to comparison and evaluation of the methods used.
