Abstract

The aim of diploma thesis is definition of the legal regulations and assessment of health and safety at work of the TRIMR limited company in the period of 2011 – 2015 in terms of assessment risk of the work equipment and work activities as indicator of risk through the application of the simple point method, then accidents at work and occupational diseases including accounting and tax implications. In the assessment of accidents there are examined kinds of compensation paid by the insurer in individual cases. Analysis of accounting and tax implications represents assessment of expended the costs of employer liability insurance, training, personal protective equipment and washing, cleaning and disinfecting products. Subsequently is realized comprehensive evaluation included data and possible recommendations.
