Abstract
Content of this master’s project are documentation of poject for implementation of building, technical report, hermal-technical review of building and energy efficiency label of building.
The assigned building is House for elderly people. The part of project is also consulting room Ground plan of builging has rectangular shape with dimensions 21,6 x 14,6 m and it is designed as four-storeyed with flat roof. The part of first floor is embedded in ground, because of sloping estate.
Purpose of this project is designe simple, economical and fuctional design, witch will meet the requirements of investor and existing legislation.
