Hospodaření městského muzea a galerie

Abstract

V bakalářské práci se zabýváme problematikou neziskových organizací. V první kapitole se zaměříme na charakteristiku příspěvkové organizace a především na příspěvkovou organizaci územně samosprávných celků. Ve druhé části se budeme zabývat posláním a činností konkrétně vybrané příspěvkové organizace, která je zřízena obci. V poslední části provedeme rozbor hospodaření vybrané organizace během období 2007-2011, kde se budeme soustředit na významné ukazatele z výročních zpráv. V této kapitole budeme porovnávat náklady, výnosy a výsledky hospodaření v jednotlivých letech. V nákladech se detailněji budeme zabývat položkou mzdové prostředky, která výrazně ovlivňuje celkové náklady. Ve výnosech se především zaměříme na příspěvky od zřizovatele, dotace a návštěvnost, která má vliv na výnosy z vlastní činnosti organizace. V závěru práce zhodnotíme hospodaření organizace a uvedeme možné doporučení pro zlepšení stávající situace.

In this bachelor thesis we deal with the issue of non-profit organizations. In the first chapter we focus on the characteristics of the contributory organizations and especially the funded organization of local governments. In the second part we will discuss the mission and activities specifically selected contributory organization, which was established by the village. The last section will analyze the financial managing of the selected organization during the period 2007-2011, where we will focus on important indicators of annual reports. In this chapter, we will compare the costs, revenues and results of operations in the respective years. The costs will be discussed more detailed, mainly the item wages and salaries, which significantly affects the overall cost. In the revenues we mainly focus on the contributions from the founder, subsidies and traffic that has an impact on revenues from its own activities of the organization. In conclusion, we evaluate the management of the organization and we will make recommendations for improving the current situation.
