Analýza personální činnosti v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of personnel activities in the company PRUNIWERK a.s., which is a manufacturing and trading company in the field of production, supply and assembly. The aim of this work is to analyze individual HR activities which influence motivation and satisfaction of emloyees. The disseratation is split into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part explains key words for the industry and all HR activities. It also talks about the company and its SWOT analysis. An analysis of HR activities is carried out in the practical part of the disseration using hypotheses and questionnaires. Through the analysis it is possible to find out how to increase employees satisfaction and thus their performance. At the end of the dissertation, recommendations are suggested which can lead to improvement of overall satisfaction and motivation of employees.
