Pasportizace objektu školství v CAFM systému

Abstract

The thesis deals about the building condition survey of education, particularly elementary school building in Ostrava - Petrkovice. The theoretical part deals with the issue of facility management and talks about duties of facility manager. Also it looks at the condition survey, pasportization and their kinds. Other chapters address the FM software support, software pit -FM, the life cycle of construction and its durability. The practical part of work is follows the theoretical and deals with the basic school in Ostrava-Petrkovice (history of the building, construction and layout, wider relationships and continuity of individual school buildings). It also includes spatial, structural, technical and personnel designed pasportization with help of software support.
