Abstract
The Thesis deals with the methods and approaches that are used while working with the human resources, evaluating employees and managing work operation. The bases of the evaluation problematics have been solved by emphasizing motivation and embarkment of employees. There are descriptions of functions, methods as well as evaluation mistakes included, too.
Proposed solutions are executed with a view of management, consistent staff training and proposing the individual steps of an evaluation interview. Subsidiary steps to be implemented as well as some recommendations in other spheres related to the evaluation of employees have been proposed.
