Analýza a zhodnocení platového systému u vybraného zaměstnavatele

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze and evaluate the salary system of the selected employer and explain the essence of the salary system. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is a brief introduction to the pay issue. The second chapter describes the legal regulation of the salary system, the comparison of salary with wages, the definition of the terms of this issue. The following chapter deals with the analysis of a particular salary system, namely the Elementary School Jablunkov, contributory organizations, describes the system of remuneration of the company, the principles of salary calculation and methods of accounting.The fourth chapter deals with the comparison of the salary system at the Jablunkov elementary school with the legislation, proposes possible recommendations and highlights the differences of the collective agreement and the valid legal regulations.The last chapter draws attention to possible discrepancies with the legislation and is also a summary of the bachelor thesis.
