Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to recherche on critical raw materials, which are among the critical commodity. Focus on the utilization of existing waste from former mining and recycling of e-waste with subsequent use. Describe their technological processing, mining methods, in order to obtain secondary raw material. The work deals with the legal principles laid down by the European Union and the Czech Republic.
