Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with cyanobacteria as a possible bioindicators of water eutrophication. This work is focused on conditions and environmental effects of cyanobacteria overgrowth in waters including enronment factors. General cyanobacteria characteristic, eutrophication and their consequences in aquatic environment are the basis. The following part is dealing with monitoring options and analysis of present state of solved problems.
