Abstract

The Bachelor thesis „Use of managerial accounting in the selected business company” deals in its introduction with the managerial accounting including its sub-components. The theoretical part contains definitions of key terms regarding this topic as well as the comparison of managerial and financial accounting. In the practical part the observations obtained in the field of managerial accounting are applied at the company KEN KOVO Ltd. together with performing an analysis of the current situation in the area of costs, revenues and margins, where at the same time solutions are proposed to improve the effectiveness of the company.
