Strategie podniku ve vztahu k lidským zdrojům

Abstract

This thesis deals with interpretation of corporate strategy in case of human resources. There is the explanation of basic principals in human resources management, leadership and the comparison of various approaches of leadership that should raise the productivity of the human labour in theoretical part. There is the analysis of human resource management in the particular corporation by methods SWOT analysis, Porter´s five forces analysis, the questionnaires and audit of human resources in practical part of the thesis. In the last part, there are improvement proposals and suggestions for problems solving that were analyzed in previous part of the thesis.
