Abstract
The aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate the paid support of electricity to selected renewable energy sources in the Czech Republic in 2013 - 2018. The selected renewable energy sources are biomass, biogas, water and solar energy. The diploma thesis describes from what financial sources and in what way the costs of electricity support in the Czech Republic are paid, what support tools are used and to what extent the individual resources contribute to the paid support. Support for electricity to renewable sources is provided in the Czech Republic in the form of green bonuses or feed-in tariffs. In the Czech Republic in the period 2013 - 2018, support in the form of green bonuses was applied to a greater extent. The largest part of electricity support in the Czech Republic was paid to photovoltaic power plants, mainly due to several times higher green bonus rates and feed-in tariffs. The smallest part of the electricity support was paid to small hydropower plants.
