Technologie montáže Wankelova motoru.

Abstract

V této práci je popsána historie a generační vývoj rotačních motorů, základní geometrie a princip činnosti rotačního motoru. Popis a názvosloví základních komponentů motoru, jejich funkce a význam. Je zde přehledně popsán postup montáže Wankelova motoru, Japonské firmy Mazda, nesoucí označení 13B – MSP. Postup technologie montáže také obsahuje tolerance a úchylky, které jsou mezními hodnotami pro danou součást.

This thesis describes the history and generational evolution of rotary engines, basic geometry and principle of rotary engine operation.Includes the description and terminology of basic engine components, their function and meaning.There is a well-described assembly procedure of Wankel engine from the Japanese company Mazda, marked 13B - MSP.The assembly process technology description also includes tolerances and deviations that are limit values for particular component.
