Abstract
Target of this diploma work is design and practical realization of laboratory loading station with components from ABB firm. Loading station consists of frame for ABB components and set of motors and electromagnetic brake. Separately excited DC motor is controlled by rectifier DCS800 and asynchronous motor is controlled by frequency convertor ACS800. Both drives is possible to operate by convertors´ panels, software tools in PC or by external controls which are placed on control panel of steel frame.
In the first capture there is design of basic configuration of loading station with available ABB components, whose functions and possibilities are analysed. The second capture contains project documentation including technical report and drawing documentation for this station. The third capture deals with practical realization of station with putting into operation description and service instructions.
There are value curves of drive in various applications, which are recorded by convertor´ visualization software, in diploma work enclosure.
