Abstract

KOSKOVÁ, A.: Concert Hall volume study in Moravská Ostrava. Hana Paclová, Ph.D. The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a spatial and functional solution of the concert hall for the Janáček Philharmonic of Ostrava in the form of a volume study. The object of the concert hall is solved in two variants. In the first case, as a detached house, in the second case as an object that is connected with the Cultural House of Moravian Ostrava. The second variant is elaborated in detail and deals mainly with the design of the layout solution and the connection of the new object to the surrounding environment. Part of the volume study is the solution of the technical and transport infrastructure, the provision of parking spaces, the economic solution and the design of the public space.
