Územní studie zástavby podél ul. Kostelní ve městě Kravaře

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to make a territorial study of housing estate of location Z19 and Z24 along Kostelní street. The study verified and proposed the basic spatial arrangement of land for housing with respect to land use limits. Part of the solution is to connect to the transport and technical infrastructure of the city and also defining areas of public space and the location of land for the construction of public facilities. The result of this bachelor thesis is the proposal of two variants, where for the selected variant there is a draft made on transport and technical infrastructure. The indicative economic evaluation is contained also.
