Abstract

The bachalor thesis ,,System of Employee Benefits in Selected Business Company‘‘ is focused on employee benefits and their provision in selected company XY, a.s. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of employee benefits, their meaning, division and their tax and accounting aspects. The practical part is focused on analysis of provision of employee benefits in selected company and based on questionnaire survey proposing changes in the provision of employee benefits.
