Vývoj stavebního spoření od roku 2004 do roku 2009

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zachytit a přiblížit dosavadní vývoj stavebního spoření od roku 2004 do roku 2009 a porovnat nabídku produktů stavebních spořitelen z hlediska klasických úvěrů a spoření. Z toho první kapitola obsahuje úvod a pátá kapitola závěrečnou část. Druhá kapitola popisuje teoretickou stránku stavebního spoření. Začíná smlouvou stavebního spoření, která obsahuje všechny důležité parametry na nichž si přiblížíme problematiku stavebního spoření. Je zde i zmíněna úvěrová problematika, která nám pomáhá financovat bydlení. Třetí kapitola zachycuje dosavadní vývoj stavebního spoření jak v minulosti, tak i v letech od roku 2004 do roku 2009. Čtvrtá kapitola porovnává jednotlivé produkty stavebních spořitelen, vyhodnocuje konkrétní z nich z pohledu klasických úvěrů a spoření. Přibližuje i výhody a nevýhody stavebních spořitelen a stavebního spoření všeobecně. Nastiňuje i budoucí odhad.

The aim of this thesis is note and presente development of building saving from year 2004 to year 2009 and include confrontation of products of saving offered by building society and loan association in term of primary credits and savings. The first chapter describes introduction and the fifth conclusion of this work.The sekond chapter records Tudory of building saving. It starts on agreement builing saving. The agreements contain all important and necessary specifications demonstrative issue of building saving. There is mentioned credit´s questins as well like one way of supporting of house financing.The third chapter describes prezent development of building saving. The saving both past and presend in year 2004 – 2009. The fourth chapter compares with various products of saving offered by building society and data evaluation from point of view of standards credits and saving. This part of this work points to benefits and disadvantages of building society and building saving in general and foreshadow estimation of time to come.
