Návrh a výroba bateriového boxu pro lehkou Buggy

Abstract

The objective of this bachelor thesis is to design a battery box for a buggy vehicle based on parameters which are limited by the vehicle´s frame construction. This thesis deals with the issues of design the sheet metal, selection of material, suitable battery cells and fundamental components for proper function of electric drive. A model which consists of individual components was made in SolidWorks program during the process. Technical drawings for manufacturing were made based on this model. In the next step, a suitable material was selected and the individual components were connected. At the end, wiring diagram based on selected electric components in the battery box was created.
