Abstract

The subject of this thesis is "modern organizational structures of production companies". The task is the definition of the concepts of organization and organizational structure of companies. The first part contains characterization of trends in organization and description of factors influencing organizational structure. The thesis is focused on modern organizational structures, which are suitable for production companies. It contains several examples of organization structure of enterprises in Czech Republic and abroad and their comparison. Final chapter presents the proposal for changes in organizational structure and the pros and cons of it.
