Geometrický plán na zameranie stavby pre vydanie kolaudačného rozhodnutia v k.ú. Čadca

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the preparation of a geometric plan for the surveying of a building for the purpose of issuing an occupancy approval decision in the cadastral area of Čadca. The aim of the thesis was to carry out a geodetic survey of the building, process the acquired data, and prepare a geometric plan in accordance with the applicable legal and technical regulations. The thesis describes the source materials required for processing, the measurement methods used, and the procedure for processing the measured data. The solution also includes the preparation of a record of detailed measurement of changes and the processing of the resulting technical documentation. The outcome of the bachelor’s thesis is a geometric plan serving as a technical basis for the issuance of an occupancy approval decision.
