Měření spokojenosti studentů se službami v areálu kolejí

Abstract

This thesis deals with the measurement of student's satisfaction with services at the student dormitory. The aim of the thesis is to propose measures and recommendations that will lead to improve and retention of student´s satisfaction with selected services that the student dormitory offers. The thesis is specifically focused on services of the pizzeria, the dance clubs, the fitness gyms and the aerobic hall. The practical part was realized through online questionnaire survey. Based on the results of the research was subsequently proposed a number of measures and recommendations.
