Územní studie lokality Petra Cingra ve městě Bohumín

Abstract

Předmětem předložené diplomové práce je vytvoření návrhu řešení využití území pro novou výstavbu individuálního bydlení v lokalitě Petra Cingra ve městě Bohumín. Práce se zabývá získáním vstupních údajů a jejich analýzou pro zjištění a vyhodnocení současného stavu řešeného území. Výsledkem práce je urbanistické začlenění území do okolí, detailní propracování návrhu včetně řešení dopravní a technické infrastruktury a stručného ekonomického zhodnocení.

The subject of this thesis was to create a solution of land for new construction of individual living in Petr Cinger's in Bohumin City. The work examines the acquisition of input data and their analysis for the detection and assessment of the current status of the territory in question. The result of this work is the integration of the urban area to the surroundings of detail design solutions including transport and technical infrastructure, and a brief economic evaluation.
