Analýza českého a poského trhu s chráničkami pro optické sítě

Abstract

The goal of this thesis is to analyze the Czech and Polish market for protectors for optical networks. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the basic theoretical areas which are important for the practical part. Another section deals with the characteristics of MATEICIUC .s. company, where the thesis has been made, and a description of the studied product (micro tubes MIKROHARD). The third section focuses on the analysis of the internal environment of the company and comparing selected criteria products with competitors using multi-criteria decision making and subsequent benchmarking. The last part of this thesis contains an evaluation of these analyses and recommendations for further modification and innovation for micro tubes of MATEICIUC company.
