Analýza kvality procesu a návrhy na zlepšení

Abstract

This thesis is concerned with analyzing and improving the quality of the production process of Autoneum CZ s. r. o., operating in the automotive industry. The object of this thesis is a specific product, which was observed in the high incidence of non-conforming products. The thesis is divided into five parts. The introduction approached issues solution and defined target of thesis. Further is a definition of the theoretical and methodological bases and the third part is characteristic of the company. Following is the practical part, which contains an analysis of the process and the disagreements and suggestions for improvement. In conclusion of the thesis is a summary of all realised steps and evaluate the success of solving the problem by using selected methods.
