Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of detachedhouse. Building is designed as a two-floor. The house is designed for 5membersof family. The second part deals with heating in a family house. The building is heated by central heating and pellet boiler was choosen as heat source. Which will be connected to the heating systém andit is designed as a two-pipe forced circulation. Subsequently the project was economically compared with another heat source, in this case a gas boiler.
