Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine which of the two selected insurance companies, it is preferable for potential employees and agents, as their future employer. The introduction describes the process work. The theoretical part deals with the payroll system and insurance in the Czech Republic. In the practical part are compared commission remuneration for individual insurance companies and also the average salary and benefits for permanent staff. At the end of the practical results are compared. In conclusion, the outlined solution found problems.
