Abstract

The aim of my bachelor thesis was to design marketing mix at the Inline School. And so that individual elements contribute to the advantages of both existing and potential customers. Based on marketing research analysis was carried out two questionnaires - for existing and potential customers. According to the key results coming out from the analysis I propose any suggestions and recommendations that could be used by Swanky Inline school to strengthen its competitiveness.
