Abstract
The master thesis is focused on the safety risk study in the context of the deployment
of the emergency services during the crash of a transport aircraft. In the first part of the thesis the methods used are listed and a mind map is shown. The theoretical part focuses on air accidents for the year 2023 and the risk management process is described. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with the different components of the IMS and their interaction. The last chapter of the theoretical part is dedicated to civil aviation safety.
The practical part is devoted to the real deployment of the ISS, which has been subjected to several analyses in order to find the most serious risks. Appropriate measures were then recommended to address these risks. The risk analyses were also verified in the next part
by an exercise of the IZS units at the Leoš Janáček Airport in Ostrava. The final chapter summarises the findings from the analyses, which were applied to the real intervention of the IZS units, as well as from the exercise of the IZS units at the Ostrava Airport.
