Abstract
This bachelor's thesis analyzes the information system used at the municipal office and its suggestions for innovation. The goal was to provide the customer with material that will help him decide on the next steps of innovation. The suggestions were processed on the basis of a list of user requirements, which was compiled during interviews with the Office's staff. In the end, the customer is recommended further steps for the innovation.
