Abstract

To all of company is most important investment decision, which evaluates capital projects. The aim of this vachleor thesis is valuation of the real investment efficien. The thesis is devide into several parts. Forepart survey on methodology routes, i. e. definition and classification investment, individual phase servise life investment and basic process at evaluation effectiveness static and dynamic methods. Lockwork is devoted lineation calculation of capital price, risk analysis and sensibillities. In the second parts is introduce company X, s. r. o. and its capital project. At last parts is own valuation of the investment efficien at financing with own resources, by credit ande through the combination of these sources. At the cloce according to criteria is ascertained optimal varian of financing and on the basis results is recommende to company financing investment through own resource.
