Abstract

Goal of this thesis is to explain questions about small and medium-sized businesses, to provide shortened guide how to set up limited liability company and how to make business plan of imaginary company. In the theoretical part of thesis are introduced definitions of basic terms and selections of businesses. Advantages and disadvantages of small and medium-sized business are evaluated by method, comparison. Business support and short content of every successful business plan are also explained in this part of thesis. In the practical part are described general steps required in order to set up a limited liability company and detailed business plan of imaginary company, which provides service and produces electronic devices.
