Role nevládních neziskových organizací při řešení mimořádných událostí

Abstract

The goal of my diploma paper is to describe and compare the system of participation of NGO’s during the solution of extraordinary events and crisis situations (thereinafter “extraordinary event”) in the Czech Republic and abroad. The first part of the document is focused on the functioning and participation of NGO’s in the conditions valid in the Czech Republic and furthermore is outlined the participation of NGO’s abroad. In the second part “the model” is proposed for the functioning of NGO’s and the description of South Moravian Region PANEL’s engagement (thereinafter “PANEL”) during the solution of the extraordinary event occurred as the result of the radiation accident at ČEZ, a.s. – nuclear plant Dukovany.
