Abstract

This diploma thesis entitled "Modification of the employee evaluation system in a selected company" focuses on the evaluation of labor professions in Liberty Ostrava a.s. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze and assess the current employee evaluation system and, based on theoretical principles and the results of a questionnaire survey, propose recommendations for its optimization. The diploma thesis is divided into 7 parts. The theoretical basis of employee evaluation presents various theories and approaches to employee evaluation. The practical part focuses on the characteristics of Liberty Ostrava a.s., a detailed analysis of the current employee evaluation system in the company and a questionnaire survey. Based on these analyses, specific recommendations are proposed for optimizing the employee evaluation system at Liberty Ostrava a.s.
